The “1st Annual Florence Meeting on Myeloproliferative Neoplasms & the Annual IWG-MRT Workshop” will be held in the prestigious Salone de’ Dugento in Palazzo Vecchio, Florence, on Saturday, April 16th 2011. Until now this event, which gets together the best national and international experts on these hematologic diseases , has taken place in Houston . This educational and research symposium is held in conjunction with the Annual International Working Group for MPN Research and Treatment (IWG-MRT), which will be held on Sunday, April 17, 2011.

Both meetings are possible thanks to the donation of an American benefactor, affected by one of these pathologies and are completely free of drug company support.
